Elevate your scuba diving skills
To enroll on this course you don’t need “advanced” experience. The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver is designed to improve your diving skills, so you can start right after getting your PADI Open Water Diver certification. This course will help you to build confidence and master your scuba skills through different Adventure Dives that you will be able to choose (Night Dives, Wreck Dives, Cavern Dives and much more!
Want to know more? Each Adventure Dive you do will give you a credit to get the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver course.
Are you already an Adventure Diver? Complete two more Adventure Dives and get you Advanced Open Water Diver certification!

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course consists in a first Knowledge Development part (Online or in a classroom) where you will choose from a list of Adventure Dives the ones you would like to do most. There’s 2 required dives (Deep and Underwater Navigation) and you will choose the other 3 for a total of 5 dives. Here you have a list of the different Adventure Dives that we offer:
- Underwater Photography
- Underwater Video
- Perfect Buoyancy Control (recommended)
- Boat Dive (zodiak)
- Underwater naturalist
- Search and recovery
- Night Dive (extra cost)
- Cavern Dive (extra cost)
Once the Knowledge Development is done, we can go for the Dive sessions to put yourself in practice have a lot of fun!

- PADI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent
- 12 years old or more
- Absence of diseases or medical restrictions (medical questionnaire)

Beyond the basic scuba diving gear you will also learn how to use specialized gear depending on the Adventure Dives you’re going to do as the Compass for the Navigation Dive, a Lamp for the Night Dive, the controls to drive the Propulsion Vehicle, etc. Our PADI Instructors will teach you how to use every accessory before going to the water and will suggest you to get the best quality ones if you decide to buy them.
